This Villa has the feeling of a casual Italian Café with its open style kitchen and living/dining area. The front door opens to a private outdoor fire pit leading up to our spacious Piazza deck overlooking the coastline. Featuring a luxury gourmet kitchen with high quality, stainless steel appliances surrounded by marble counter tops with the elegant dark toned wood cabinets. It’s easy entertaining your friends or family while you are enjoying the majestic ocean views. The master bedroom suite has its own views of the ocean and is outfitted with a Tuscany Country style bed and designer sheets. A Queen size leather sleeper to accommodate an additional two people is in the living room area. WiFi and Flat Screen TV rounds out the modern amenities of this Villa.

  We had an amazing time , was relaxing and cozy, loved that you could use the common area to have dinner and watch the sunset . Want to come again , love that we could bring our dog.
  We will stay here again and have told our friends. The shades need to be thicker cause you can see through them into the house , needs more privacy . BBQ wasn’t working we had to call to help us .

  The location is tremendous and couldn't be better, however the properties cleanliness was not up to level of COVID safe. I purchased cleaning spray at Ralphs to clean surfaces, door and cabinet handles, controls, etc. The ceiling fan remotes did not work and there were more light controls than in a large home and could have used descriptions or directions for use. The TV size and location was limited due to the size of the property, but very poor as far as an amenity. I also asked for a roll of paper towels as there were just a few left on the roll and I never did receive and they seemed to not even have any in the storage area where the garage doors were.

  This Villa is great for couples with a perfect location. Centrally located to several restaurants, bars, shopping, and right across the street from the grocery store. Most of all, most the villas are beach front with easy access a few stairs down to the beach. In villa #4 your beach view is slightly obstructed which is not bad because there’s a lovely courtyard with a very nice grill as your porch. Just 3 steps up to a larger lounge area with chairs & umbrellas for direct beach view, absolutely lovely. There are luxury appliances, nice wine storage shelving, and a very comfortable mattress (full size I believe). Also, there is one designated parking spot which a decal will be given to you. We absolutely enjoyed our stay.
