This courtyard facing, luxury vacation villa is well suited for any family grouping and offers 1 ½ baths with comfortable amenities to handle everyone. The master bedroom features rustic style Italian bed and bath. The luxurious bathroom features a double headed shower with beautiful terrazzo tile. The large beige suede futon couch provides for extra guests in the living dining area where a glass dining table makes it easy to accommodate everyone. The gourmet kitchen is beautifully outfitted in stainless steel appliances and granite countertops set on our custom mahogany wood cabinetry. The luxury amenities of this villa are well appointed for both small and larger groups. This spacious villa is also wheel chair and handicap friendly with easy access to our main driveway.

  Rental house was comfortable and in a great location. Two issues: sheets were super old and were pilling (not 100% cotton) which was quite uncomfortable. Also, listing says "parking for a small car" but we were not able to park near our rental the entire weekend. Had to park our car at the Holiday Inn and walk to our car across a busy street. Not a huge deal except for my expectations were that I would be able to park on the property.

  We did enjoy the stay at Villa Rustico. The furnishings were lovely and location exactly what we were expecting! Our only disappointments were - front porch light burned out and only one Skillet & one pot - no Pyrex baking type dish.
